What is La Leche League of Greater Kansas City? 
We are a breastfeeding support group for mothers, babies, and toddlers in the Kansas City area. 

Volunteer Leaders are experienced breastfeeding mothers who are familiar with current research in all aspects of breastfeeding and accredited by La Leche League International.

La Leche League International is an international, non-profit, non-sectarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed.

- frequency of feedings
- engorgement
- sore nipples
- going back to work
- weaning
